House Rules

Article 1: Site Development

The campsite in POMMIERS is owned by the Commune. The operation is entrusted to CAMPAIX SAS, represented by its president Bakanyi Olivier.

Article 2: Conditions of Admission

Access to the campsite is exclusively reserved for campers and caravanners who have made a prior reservation or are passing through. The campsite manager or their representative may refuse access to other individuals.

To be admitted and stay at the campsite, you must first check in at the reception and obtain authorization, presenting your identity card.

Residents must present the registration certificate of their caravan (a copy will be kept in their file).

They must also present the insurance certificate for their mobile home or caravan each year.

Decent attire is required within the campsite.

Staying at the campsite implies acceptance of these rules and a commitment to comply with them.

Article 3: Police Formalities

Anyone staying at least one night at the campsite must first present their identity documents to the manager or their representative and complete the required police formalities.

Unaccompanied minors will only be admitted with written permission from their parents.

Article 4: Installation

Mobile homes, tents, caravans, or camper vans and related equipment must be installed in the designated area according to the directives given by the manager or their representative. The site allocation is not final: in case of future developments, CAMPAIX reserves the right to move mobile homes.

A pitch can only accommodate one caravan or camper van.

Vehicle Parking: For security reasons (theft, vandalism, etc.), campers must park their vehicle (limited to 1) on their pitch.

Article 5: Opening of the Campsite

The campsite is open from April 1 to October 31. During this period, the reception opening hours will be displayed at the front desk.

The entrance gate is open from 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM except from June 15 to August 31 when it will be open until 10:00 PM.

Beyond these hours, vehicles must be parked in the visitor parking lot.

Article 6: Reception Office

All information about the various services offered by the campsite, information about sports facilities, local tourist attractions, and various useful addresses are available at the reception.

Article 7: Rates and Reservations

Rates are payable upon arrival at the reception. Their amount is displayed at the entrance of the campsite and at the reception. They are due based on the number of nights spent on the site.

For permanent campers, the balance must be paid no later than October 1. Any delay will incur penalties.

Reservations: A deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Campers who have made a reservation must arrive before 7:00 PM on the scheduled arrival day. After this time, they may lose their reservation.

Additionally, campers must vacate their pitch by 10:00 AM on the scheduled departure day.

Article 8: Noise and Silence

Campsite users are urged to avoid any noise and discussions that might disturb their neighbors.

Sound devices should be adjusted accordingly, and door and trunk closures should be as discreet as possible.

Complete silence is required between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM.

The campsite gate is open from 7 AM to 10 PM for your comfort and safety. Outside these hours, vehicle traffic is prohibited to maintain the tranquility and peace of our environment. We kindly ask you to leave your vehicle in the parking lot during these times.

Article 9: Pets

Upon arrival, pet owners must present a vaccination certificate and pay the required fee. Dogs and other animals must never be left loose. It is forbidden to leave them on the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them.

Dogs of the 1st and 2nd categories are prohibited within the campsite.

It is forbidden to wash pets in the sanitary facilities.

Article 10: Visitors

After being authorized by the manager or their representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them.

Campers can receive visitors. If these visitors are allowed to enter the campsite, the camper receiving them may be required to pay a fee, provided the visitor has access to the campsite’s services and/or facilities or takes a meal.

Visitors must also comply with the campsite’s rules and regulations.

Visitors’ cars are prohibited within the campsite.

Visitors must leave the campsite no later than 10:00 PM, unless special permission is granted by the manager or their representative.

Article 11: Subletting Prohibition

Subletting your plot or pitch is prohibited.

Article 12: Vehicle Traffic and Parking

Inside the campsite, vehicles must not exceed a speed limit of 10 km/h.

Traffic is prohibited between 10 PM and 7 AM.

Only vehicles belonging to campers staying at the campsite are allowed to circulate within the campsite. Parking is mandatory on the usual pitch and must not obstruct traffic or hinder the installation of new arrivals.

Article 13: Maintenance and Appearance of Installations

Everyone must refrain from any actions that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of the campsite.

It is forbidden to dispose of wastewater on the ground, in gutters, or in garbage containers.

Special containers for glass, packaging, and paper are available to campers outside the campsite near the snack bar for all recyclable waste.

Household waste and soiled paper must be placed in plastic bags before being disposed of in the containers provided for this purpose.

Bulky items must be taken to the waste disposal site. The intercommunal waste disposal site is located in Saint Germain Laval. The green card can be requested at the reception for free access.

No bulky items should be placed near the containers.

Sanitary facilities must be kept clean by the users.

Washing is strictly forbidden outside the designated basins.

Clothes drying should be done at the communal dryer at the back of the site. However, it is allowed near shelters, provided it is very discreet and does not disturb neighbors. It should never be done using trees.

Plants and floral decorations must be respected. Campers are prohibited from driving nails into trees, cutting branches, or planting.

It is forbidden to mark the boundaries of a plot with personal means and to dig the soil.

Personalized decoration must remain in harmony with the overall site and maintain sobriety. Any arrangement preventing the maintenance of the site by CAMPAIX will authorize the latter to require the tenants to maintain the plot themselves. Failing that, maintenance carried out by CAMPAIX will be re-invoiced to the tenant for aesthetics and hygiene purposes.

Any damage caused to vegetation, fences, the site, or campsite installations will be charged to the perpetrator.

All permanent constructions (barbecue, metal shed, etc.) are prohibited.

No slabs will be tolerated; only removable terraces approved by CAMPAIX will be made of treated wood, not sealed.

The pitch used during the stay must be left in the state in which the camper found it upon arrival.

Mobile homes and caravans: Canvas awnings are permitted according to the municipality’s prescriptions. Mobile home terraces must be a maximum of 2.50 meters in width. The length should not exceed that of the mobile home. They should be made of treated wood, not sealed.

The campsite is not intended to be a storage park. Therefore, it is understood that the wintering appearance must disappear at the beginning of the season. Similarly, any shelter must be regularly inhabited.

Article 14: Electrical Connections

Requests for connections must be made at the reception. It is strictly forbidden to manipulate electrical terminals and modify the safety system of the sockets. Connections have a capacity of 6 or 10 amperes for a voltage of 220 volts, meeting the demand for small household appliances under 1300 watts and lighting. Connecting washing machines or dishwashers and any other powerful electrical equipment is strictly forbidden.

The electrical connection equipment (cables, multiple sockets) must be compatible with a 2.5 mm section supply. The cables must be of a single length between the distribution point and the place of use.

Article 15: Safety

Fire: Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Stoves must be kept in good working order and not used in dangerous conditions (check gas hose expiry dates, for example).

Charcoal barbecues are available to campers within the campsite, only gas barbecues on legs and removable ones are allowed.

In case of fire, notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers are available for use if necessary.

A first aid kit is available at the reception.

Theft: Campers are responsible for their own equipment and must report any suspicious persons to the management.

Although security is provided, campsite users are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their belongings.

Water area: The campsite staff does not supervise the shores and water areas. Campers are entirely responsible for their actions in these areas.

Pools: Within the municipal campsite, children’s pools or « paddling pools » and any type of pool are prohibited for safety reasons. Violators will be held responsible.

CAMPAIX SAS cannot be held liable for these points.

Article 16: Games

No violent or disturbing games can be organized near the installations.

Users are responsible for the game facilities available to them (volleyball, swings, slides, etc.). Any damage will be charged to them.

Children must always be supervised by their parents.

Article 17: Storage

No equipment can be left on an unoccupied pitch. A fee will be charged for storage. The practice of storage may be prohibited by the manager or their representative depending on the period’s influx, prolonged camper absence, or any element that may harm the normal attendance of the campsite.

Article 18: Posting

These internal regulations are given to the customer upon arrival and are displayed at the entrance of the campsite and at the reception.

Article 19: Campsite Manager

The manager is responsible for the order and smooth operation of the campsite. They must sanction rule violations and, if necessary, refer them to CAMPAIX SAS.

They are responsible for the execution of these regulations.

Article 20: Violations of the Internal Regulations

If a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not respect the provisions of these internal regulations, the manager or their representative may, verbally or in writing if deemed necessary, warn the person to cease the disturbance.

In the case of a serious or repeated violation of the internal regulations and after a warning from the manager to comply, the manager may terminate the contract.

In the case of a criminal offense, the manager may call law enforcement.

Article 21: Special Conditions

Sound Information: Only the campsite manager or their representative can make sound announcements, and they can only concern useful services for campers and visitors (tourist information, recreational, sports, artistic events, etc.).

Campsite Closure: The campsite is closed and unguarded from November 1 to March 31. Owners of caravans and mobile homes left on the campsite are entirely responsible for them.

Awnings must be dismantled. The pitch must be clean, and all equipment (fridge, etc.) must be stored inside the caravan or mobile home.

Flooding is possible during this period.

Water Use: Using water for cleaning cars, caravans, or mobile homes within the campsite is strictly forbidden.

It is also forbidden to play with taps. Water storage is prohibited near caravans or mobile homes. Penalties are provided for non-compliance with this article.
